Supervision
Mental Health Supervision, a crucial form of support, is provided to individuals navigating poor mental health, mental health illnesses, or mental health conditions. As a Mental Health Supervisor, I stand by you, offering support in various ways. Our sessions are completely confidential, ensuring your safety and the safety of others. Check-in sessions can be as frequent as needed, from one-off conversations to daily, weekly, or monthly check-ins.

Mission
A Mental Health Supervisor discusses all topics about your mental health, well-being, and development, just as a Professional Supervisor would discuss your professional practice and development.
