Why Instruct Me?

No one likes to be the subject of complaints, but it is accepted that clients' expressions of dissatisfaction are sometimes unavoidable. 

 

Nonetheless, they must be dealt with appropriately, timely, and professionally. Dealing with client complaints can often be highly time-consuming for practices when handled in-house. All practices must have a clear and robust procedure for handling complaint handling that is strictly adhered to.

Complaints Handling Service

I offer an independent complaint-handling service. I will review the complaint received, liaise with the individuals or organisations to investigate the client's concerns, prepare an appropriate response, and suggest proper action and redress. I will advise you on any proposed improvements in your practice and how this may assist in avoiding any similar complaints in the future.

Speciality 

I have specialised qualifications in working with adults, young people, and children with disabilities, including deafblindness, blindness, deafness, neurodivergent conditions (such as Autism (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia and Dyspraxia), and individuals who have a mental illness or a mental health condition.
